He has 27 years of experience in securities investment, in which 19 years in public and private fund management. He used to work at China AMC, where he was the CIO of the Growth Stocks Investment Department, a member of the Investment Committee and the PM of several star funds such as the China Return Fund. In 2014, he founded Tenbagger Capital that focuses on secondary market, committed to achieving sustainable outstanding performance. He has won many industry honors such as Golden Bull, Yinghua, New Fortune and Golden Sunshine Awards.
